Stratus Avance customers may sign in using their provided Customer Login and Password.

To access the Avance Product Support Portal, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a valid Avance software support contract.
  • Provide a valid Login and Password.

If you are a Stratus Avance customer, and you cannot access the Avance Product Support Portal, please call your local Stratus Customer Assistance Center.

 

Stratus server customers may sign in using their Site ID and ASN/RSN password.

To access this ActiveService Manager (ASM), you must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a valid Stratus Server software support contract.
  • Provide a valid Site-ID and ASN/RSN Connection Password.

If you are a Stratus customer, and you cannot access the ASM, please call your local Stratus Customer Assistance Center.
