By offering the Customer Assistance Center (CAC) and a select service team of experts to work hand-in-hand with customers, they can be sure that their Stratus system is always available.
Stratus Customer Service will provide support for the Continuum Series under Stratus' current Assured Availability Services Agreement. This service product portfolio offers a comprehensive set of support options to meet the needs of customers that have diverse maintenance strategies. The customer selects from a number of service options from Stratus providing complete support to a shared- or self-maintenance approach for customers that want to be more involved in the support of their own equipment and applications.
