As the undisputed leader in the continuous availability marketplace, Stratus is continuing to lead the way with the Continuum Series family of fault-tolerant systems. Stratus' continuously available systems provide the reliability and serviceability required to keep customer's systems running at peak performance. New features and architecture enhancements make Continuum the most reliable system Stratus has ever made. In support of this, Stratus will also continue to offer the Continuum 100% Availability Program for VOS, FTX, and HP-UX operating systems (third party layered products are not eligible for the program.)

Features

The Continuum 100% Availability Program is a no-charge option which can be selected under an Assured Availability Services Agreement. Availability is guaranteed against any unplanned event - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

In the unlikely event that the Continuum system is not available at any time in a given month, a future month's maintenance fee will be credited in full upon the customer's request.

The program applies to Continuum production systems for covered hardware and software; it does not apply to development systems or to application software. Also, the program does not cover planned events (e.g., FCO installation) or natural or man-made disasters.
