The group has been and continues to be a valued and trusted partner in our company. Beginning with Stratus’ initial spin-off from Ascend Communications in February 1999, the investment firm has counseled and assisted Stratus’ leadership with all major financial activities, including debt restructuring and a $170 million placement of high-yield corporate bonds. Six Investcorp executives also sit on the 15-member board of directors of Stratus Technologies.

Other major Stratus investors include MidOcean Partners, Intel Capital, and NEC Corporation. Collectively, these four investors represent 94.4 percent ownership interest in Stratus Technologies.
